Freeze Dried Garlic Powder

Want a 100% Natural, Pesticide Free, Locally Grown Garlic Powder?  Well, we have created exactly that!
We have taken our Garlic that we grew right here in Butler County PA, Freeze Dried it in our Harvest Right Freeze Drier, and ground it into powder.
Our Garlic is a blend of 4 varieties: Red Italian, Purple Italian, Chesnok Red, and German.  They are hand planted in mid to October and hand harvested mid July.  Each bulb of garlic is then allowed to properly cure to preserve freshness and maintain its delicious flavor.  We then carefully hand selected the best cloves, peel them, and freeze dry them to lock in the intense flavor and retain all of the healthy attributes of fresh garlic.  Most commercially available garlic powder has been dehydrated with heat which destroys a lot of the beneficial properties of natural garlic.
These are packaged in reusable sealed glass shaker jars.
