One of the First Signs of Spring...

Pansies!!! One of the earliest flowers that can be planted outside to brighten your landscape, patio, porch, or even your window seal when old man winter just wont go away.

Did you know that the word Pansy actually comes from the French word "Pensee" which means Remembrance or Thought? So, when you receive Pansies as a gift, someone is thinking of you! Biblically, the pansy tri-coloring is said to be considered a symbol of Trinity.

Are you looking for a way to brighten your dinner? Pansy blossoms are 100% edible! We suggest adding these to your fresh garden salad or even topping your mashed potatoes for a bright and cheerful accent. Have you ever had Pansy blossoms? If so, please leave a comment below.
